《杀手:血钱》是著名游戏《杀手》系列的第四部作品，在这一作中的剧情中，ICA杀手组织遭遇了劫难，一个更强大的杀手组织正企图剿灭整个ICA，而整个ICA的成员也接连遇害。

“47”在一次平常的任务中与ICA失去了联络，于是决定前往美国调查真相。在前三作中风光无限的“47”这次成为了杀手组织间较量的猎物。

《杀手：血钱》在游戏音乐设计上真可谓下足功夫，在其紧张的故事情节背后，与之形成鲜明对比的是其开场音乐—aveMaria，由纯真的童声演唱，令玩家耳目一新，回味无穷
